Receive Remote Assistance Support from Winline

Quick Assist - (for Windows 10 Only)

Quick Assist is the new remote support application included with Windows 10, enabling you to receive or provide assistance over a remote connection. To open Quick Assist please follow these instructions: 

Open Quick Assist on your device:

  • Option One - Navigate to the Start Menu -> Windows Accessories -> and select Quick Assist

  • Option Two - Press Ctrl + Windows logo key + Q at the same time to open Quick Assist

After Quick Assist opens, enter the code provided to you by Winline Support Executive.

 

Non Windows OS and Older versions of Windows OS

ZOHO ASSIST

Zoho Assist is is the remote assistance solution for non-Windows 10 users and an alternative/backup solution for Windows 10 users.

Note: Zoho Assist is a 3rd party remote assistance product that is currently used to provide remote support to our customers. This is the Remote Desktop Assistance tool to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

With Zoho Assist, Winline support engineers can view or share control of the remote computer, chat, and highlight sections of the customer’s screen.

No permanent software is installed on customer’s PC/device in order to deliver support that requires remote access, and Winline support engineers can only remotely access a Winline customer’s PC with that customer’s explicit permission – permission that must be granted each and every time a customer requests support. Support from Winline will be initiated from this site only.
