2. We recommend all our customers be present in front of the system till end of the remote session. You drop or pause the remote session by informing the support executive who accessing your computer. 

3. There is no liability on Winline Technologies Private Limited if any damage to your computer application at the time of remote access, all our engineers are well trained, and they will take your consent in some critical actions. 

4. Our engineers never copy the data from your computer, we recommend do not use banking websites or financial transactions at the time of remote session.
